Our new Flics Medal Awards is a continuous programme which all gymnasts in Performance, Development and Novice squads will be working on during their sessions outside of competitions.

Each gymnast gets their own personal book to help track their progress and have the opportunity to achieve a collection of medals.

Each medal has 10 skills gymnasts need to pass to complete the medal, and progresses in difficulty starting with level 1 and finishing with level 10.

Once your gymnast has completed a medal they are available to purchase at reception for £3.50. The skills for each medal can be found below so your gymnast can see what they are working towards from home.
