Insurance & Membership
We require an annual membership fee of £24.00. This fee covers your administrative sign-up charges and your gymnast insurance, which covers your child for participation within the class.
Fees and Payments
All monthly fee payments are collected through Flics’ Love Admin platform. You are required to have an active mandate in place to keep your child’s place.
Cancellation Policy
One month’s notice is required to cancel your gymnast’s place with Flics Gymnastics Club.
Written notice of cancellation must be provided by email to office@flics.co.uk before the 15th of the month.
Cancellations received on or before the 15th will be processed so that the following month’s payment is not taken, with the membership ending at the end of the notice period.

Cancellations received after the 15th of the month will remain subject to the one-month notice period, and the following month’s full monthly membership fee will be payable. The membership will then end at the end of that notice period.
Each 1-hour recreational class at Flics is priced at £9 per hour. Fees are calculated over 48 weeks of the year. This gives the club the right to cancel two sessions within the Christmas period, as well as a further two cancellations for unforeseen circumstances. This allowance runs September to September annually.
Any products purchased are non-refundable.
Compulsory Training Program
Our training program is compulsory and includes additional costs of a Gymnast Journal at £6. Each subsequent medal achieved is an additional £5, which is added to your Love Admin account.
Cancellations & Refunds
Notice for cancellations must be provided in writing. Refunds for missed classes are generally not provided, though exceptions may be made for long-term illness or injury supported by medical evidence.
