Founded in 2005, Flics Gymnastics has grown into a thriving club based at our purpose-built facility in Worcester. We are committed to creating a safe, supportive and fun environment where every gymnast can build confidence, develop their skills and enjoy their gymnastics journey.

Fran
Owner
Fran established Flics in 2005. A former national gymnast and Level 3 coach, she oversees the club as founder to ensure a supportive setting where every gymnast can grow and excel.
Tom
Finance Manager
A versatile Team Lead, Tom balances his role as Finance Manager with his work as a Level 2 coach. He provides expert 1:1 sessions focused on building gymnast confidence and technical skill.
Chloe
General Manager
Chloe is Flics’ General Manager and a Level 2 coach. A lifelong gymnast since age four, she now oversees all daily club operations with expert passion.
Louise
Head Coach
As Head Coach and a Level 2 coach, Louise combines deep expertise with a passion for helping gymnasts reach their full potential. She focuses on building skill and confidence within a positive, fun environment.
Lacey
Apprentice Coach
An Apprentice Coach currently training for her Level 1 qualification, Lacey is a former gymnast who now inspires our preschool, Recreational and squad members.
