This class is for age 16+ and all abilities whether you have a gymnastics background, or a complete beginner.

The class runs on a Monday evening 8:00-9:00pm and consist of a coach led warm up and stretch, group work on fundamental skills, and an open style gym where you can work on any of the apparatus.

A qualified coach will be available in the gym to help you with any skills you would like to work on.


Our G-Fit class is on every Tuesday night 8:00-9:00pm and is suitable for all abilities age 16+. This is a fitness/conditioning class where you will be able to use the gymnastics equipment to build strength, stamina and flexibility.


The session will include a warm up and cool down as well as the main focus of the session which changes each week such as cardio, core strength etc.
